We've always been thrilled by the romantic idea of the classic 50's soda shop date: a handsome pair decked out in a sharp letter sweater and saddle shoe combo nervously sharing an ice cream Sunday and talking about the upcoming prom. Well, thanks to the guys at Zeta, you can experience a slightly updated version of this fairytale date. Treat your lucky lass to a classic cocktails cryogenically frozen and served as fresh sorbets, nitro uffs and champagne ice-blocks. Cocktail expert Grant Collins has taken cryogenics and dry ice beyond fine dining and into a realm where anyone can experience these intriguing taste sensations. Flavours include: Mojito, Margarita, Pina Colada and Spiced Black Raspberry Mule. This is one date night not to miss, but act fast as the Zeta Cryogenic Sorbet & Cocktail Bar is only available Fridays till the end of March. Now, if we could just organize a light blue Chevrolet for the ride home.
