Bocce, the perfect lazy summer date activity. It’s the preferred pastime of old French and Italian men, a group that knows the value of a game in which drinking doesn’t impair your performance. You know the drill: teams take turns tossing baseball-sized balls as close as possible to a smaller target ball (the cochonnet). Whoever gets the most balls closest wins. Sounds incredibly easy, but generations of old men have spent lifetimes mastering it. Which is fine. That’s what lazy summer dates were designed for. Pair this with $15 jugs of sangria and you’re set for the perfect afternoon. Game on!

Price: $15 jugs of sangria
